Mr Nathwani is one of the pioneers and leading exponents of robotic knee surgery in the UK. He is Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer and Head of Orthopaedics at Imperial College and is also the president elect of CAOS (Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery UK). He has considerable experience of robotic surgery, mostly using the Navio system (but also with experience of Mako) and is the orthopaedic research adviser for the Hamlin Centre of Robotics at Imperial College.
