Mrs Alison Gibb
Practice Manager / Accounts Manager
Mrs Alison Gibb has a background in corporate finance. She helped develop The Knee Clinic and has been the Practice Manager since its inception. She has good working relationships with the management teams at local private hospitals and with private medical insurance companies which she uses to help and assist patients of The Knee Clinic.
She has three daughters and enjoys playing bridge, cooking and gardening.
Sue Baber
Medical Secretary
Sue manages Mr Gibb’s practice at the Nuffield Hospital. She is a trained Orthopaedic nurse and has worked as a medical secretary in Harley Street, and at Guy’s and the Royal Free Hospitals. Before moving to the Nuffield Hospital she worked locally at the Spire Hospital for fourteen years.
She has three children and enjoys walking, sailing, reading, drinking red wine and eating chocolate.
Shannon Harris-Kelly
Medical Secretary
Shannon has worked as a medical secretary for over 7 years in various specialities and hospitals. She manages Mr Bowman’s private practice at both The Fordcombe and The Nuffield hospitals.
She is an avid reader and lover of motorsports. She lives locally with her wife and two children (the cats) and loves sharing her joy of crafting with friends.
Justine Lewis
Medical Secretary
Justine has enjoyed a successful career within the Grocery industry, gaining experience across sales, marketing and buying roles. She joined The Knee Clinic in 2023, where she provides professional support and excellent customer service to all our clients.
Justine lives in Tunbridge Wells with her husband, four children and two dogs. She enjoys Pilates, cooking for family and friends and watching her children play sports – especially rugby!
